Zhangjiajie is a community of up to 18 ethnic groups, and the people here are very kind and hospitable. For thousands of years, they have formed a variety of cultures and customs, such as: crying and marrying, singing folk songs, dancing Maogus dance, waving hands dance, eating pickled cabbage, wearing cross-stitch brocade, living in hung houses and making Tujia batik cloth. These cultures and customs are closely connected with the natural landscape of Zhangjiajie and have been passed down to the present day, so Zhangjiajie is also known as the "melting pot of cultures". With the development of the geopark, the cultural industry reflecting the local culture and customs has been greatly developed, and has developed a very influential "Charm Xiangxi", "Misty Rain Zhangjiajie" and other large-scale artistic programs, while the construction of "Xibu Street" reflecting the famous customs.
Founded in 2000, Charm Xiangxi is located in Zhangjiajie Charm Xiangxi International Cultural Square, the core scenic spot of Wulingyuan, Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Province. The square has a total investment of 450 million yuan, covers an area of 31.22 mu, and has a seating capacity of 3,100 theaters [9]. Xibu Street is located in Wulingyuan District, Zhangjiajie, opposite the Wuling Avenue District government. The project covers an area of about 100 mu, with a total construction area of about 70,000 square meters. It is the only complex tourism commercial pedestrian street in China that integrates water bar street, Chinese famous special snack street, Xiangxi Folk shopping boutique street, leisure inn, creative workshop, etc. It is an unreplicable cultural tourism collection in Wulingyuan Core scenic spot. The Marshal statue in the Helong Park, located in the Tianzi Mountain scenic area of the geological park, is carved from the most famous quartz sandstone in Zhangjiajie, fully reflecting the Marshal's strong unyielding will and courageous spirit.
